Baba Yaga - Ancient Witch

Baba Yaga is a story told to children by their parents to keep them in bed, away from the windows and from wandering the lands after sunset. Few know the grim truth that the stories they frighten their children with are real, and many are indeed, much worse. Her appearance is an omen of ill-fortune, and wherever she is spotted, children begin disappearing en-masse. “In the quiet of night, when nary can be heard but the faint whisper of the wind and the caw of a bird, Baba Yaga stirs and stirs.
